We recently completed a design of an offices project for a leading real estate management company, and as it is usually the case for commercial projects, the first step is to identify the company’s vision and brand identity. In the case of this project, the branding was outdated, lacked character and we had to think of ways to level up their appearance with the new interior. Our design team was focused on creating an environment that reflects the company’s professional ethos while making a visually appealing spot for both the team and their clients.
Design Concept:
We decided to make an impact by usually a dark masculine palette, with deep, rich tones that create an aura of power and confidence – the key words that the client gave us during the first meeting. We used a lot of matte blacks, deep charcoals, and rich browns and balanced them with subtle metallic accents, adding a touch of understated luxury.
The reception area sets the tone for the entire office, with a bold feature wall and a sleek, minimalist desk that makes a great first impression. The executive offices were designed to be practical and impactful, with custom-built furniture. Dark wood finishes and leather upholstery elevated the space while keeping it comfortable. The project is currently in construction and we cant wait to see it completed!
