This beachfront property was designed with a modern and minimalistic aesthetic, utilizing natural and luxurious materials to create a serene and elegant space.

We focused on creating a harmonious balance between the natural beauty of the surrounding area and the clean lines of modern design. We used a neutral color palette of whites, grays and beige to provide a calming and soothing atmosphere, complementing the natural light that floods the space through floor-to-ceiling windows.

We aimed to bring a sense of luxury and relaxation to the project by utilizing high-end materials such as marble, natural stone, and hardwood. The living room and kitchen feature marble flooring and countertops, which adds a touch of elegance and durability. In the bedrooms, we used rich hardwood flooring, which adds warmth and character to the space.

To enhance the connection to the ocean and outdoors, We created large sliding glass doors in all the rooms to create an indoor-outdoor connection and provide a seamless transition between the living areas and the balcony.

Cubique Design Studio team was able to provide the client with a design that is not only beautiful but also functional and in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. This project is a prime example of the studio’s ability to bring a unique and luxurious touch to any space.
